Super Wacky Crazy QuickyPot Day/New QR rule (good news)

9/26 and 9/27 is our first ever Super Wacky Crazy QuickyPot Day.

It is works just like a regular weekly QuickyPot, but with a twist: everyone will win part of the pot! In addition to the shared winnings some lucky members will win an additional 10,000 tokens each. The more members that participate, the more tokens everyone shares.

How it works:
10 offers are going to be uploaded and each of them will have each own QuickyPot jackpot that keeps increasing for two days each time a member completes the offer. The more members that participate, the bigger the jackpot grows. You may do as little as 1 or as much as 10 offers. On 9/28 we will split the individual progressive jackpot between everyone that participated. Remember that you also get paid to do that offer.

NEW QR RULE CONCERNING 50% TOKEN LOSS

September: All tokens will be carried over
October: Those who didn’t each a total of $50 between Sept + October will lose 50% of the tokens
November: All tokens will be carried over
December: Those who didn’t each a total of $50 between November + December will lose 50% of the tokens

Get paid to print grocery coupons is LIVE

Do you like clipping grocery coupons from your Sunday newspaper? Why not get paid to do that! Very important update regarding Frequent Shopper Club

In a few weeks (most probably starting October) those members who are part of our Frequent Shopper Club will have a few extra perks added in addition to extra tokens for every single order. These perks will include 100% rollover of all tokens (even if you don’t reach $25 a month), extra double/triple token shopping days, super holiday gigantic promotion and much more.

As you may know if you are an older QR frequent shopper (before March 2007) or if you took advantage of 8/30 promotion you only need to place one order a month to maintain the membership instead of 3.

2 common questions:

You will have to donate the full 1,000 (500 you lose and 500 you would keep). This way we are matching 500 tokens you are donating instead of us just taking them away.

2) Will I have more choices of where to donate?
Starting October every month we will be selecting 2 or 3 organizations (from what members recommend) so that everyone will have a chance to raise some money for their organization and a choice of where to donate. We will try to help out as many small organizations as possible with this new project.

Here are the common questions regarding the 8/31 promo:

1)I have no use for Disney Dollars what can I do?

For every $25 you redeem you will get ($1 or $2 depending on if you referred a friend) added to your QR account. You can redeem these credits for anything you like. Disney dollars will only be added to those who redeem for Disney Gift Cards unless they request account credit instead.

2)Do I only need to find a gift card that has $25 denominations to get the bonus?

No you can combine as many giftcards/denominations as you want. The key is to have $25,$50 and so on combined together during one redemption request. So you can get 2 $10 Walmart cards and 1 $5 Amazon card and still receive the $1 credit.

3)How do I claim the bonus?

Thanks for all your feedback a few weeks ago regarding the idea of donating unused tokens before they expire. We got way too many requests for charities and we still have to find a way to organize all these. (Any feedback on how to select from the charities to feature would be very appreciated because I don’t want to avoid all the smaller charities and only donate to the larger once that everyone knows about. I think of it this way: the larger once like Red Cross will always get funding sources form millions of people, but the smaller once will have a harder time. Vacation Notice

I am leaving for vacation on 8/1 and will be back on 8/9. We need you to help us test a new feature that will allow us to introduce even more features in the next couple of weeks as long as this works. We need you to try out our forum and give us suggestions and report bugs. Sorry, but the new features are top secret for now, but I know everyone will enjoy them.
The forum you will see now is far from being the final version. It is not attractive looking or barely has any features. The point of the current test is to see how well it functions. We will worry about the looks and features in a few days. Remember that this forum is not a ready code such as most other forums you see on the web. It was created from scratch so that in the future it will be incorporated with our site. The current forum also does not have any categories. A lot more of them will be added once it is live.

How can you help?
1) Click on the FORUMS tab on the very top to the right. No need to register since your username is your QR username. (PLEASE READ THE TERMS BEFORE USING THE FORUM)
2) Look around the forum and try to respond to some thread or feel free to start your own. If you get any technical errors or have suggestions feel free to post them. There is a BUG REPORTS thread.

New idea waiting for your feedback

Since today is the day some members lose 50% of the tokens if they didn’t earn $25 in a month this gave me a cool idea to help out local small charities. I got this idea from a member who emailed me yesterday (thanks Robert) and I am adding a little cool twist to it. Instead of just QR taking away the tokens that will not be rolled over we will donate them. Let me know what you think about this.

Every single month members can submit a local charity of their choice. QR members will vote for a charity to highlight on that specific month. Members can donate tokens in stacks of 1,000. This way if you don’t reach the $25 level and you know that some of your points will not be rolled over it’s a great chance to donate them. You can also donate the points even if you reached the $25 level. At the end of the month we collect all the points and convert them into cash.

This sounds like a great way with member support to provide local charities with a few hundred dollars a month (I hope). It might not be much, but every penny helps them.

A couple of months ago we did this game in order to see what people didn’t like in the OLD QR and what needs to be changed. We took all the responses and created the new QR. 3 New Features LIVE

The three features are:

1) New Game: Guess my number (contests tab)
This is a fun game that is very simple. You guess a number 100-500. If you are right you can win up to 1,000 tokens. The game will start daily at 12 am and 7pm EST (for those morning people and those who are at work all the time and do QR after work). The first 50 people to guess once the game starts get 10 Tokens. The cool thing is that that number does not change throughout the game. So if you win and you have friends who are QR members you can share the answer with them. If you are not the first winner, but one of the first 50 to submit that answer you will still get 100 tokens. Don't forget that you and your friends can share the numbers you selected so that you both don't choose the same wrong number.


2) QuickRewards Loyalty Program (TOKEN MYSTERY REVEALED)
This program is a little bonus thanking you for your loyalty. Every 1 cent you earn on QR regardless what you do (not limited to offers and shopping only) will earn you 10 tokens. You will be amazed to see how quickly they add up if you do clicks, paid emails, daily surveys and freebie offers daily. The cool part is that if you can't reach the first tier in one month you can have your tokens rolled over 100% if you earn $25 (see terms). You can go to your account history to locate a bar that will tell you how close you are to reaching that $25 goal. Prizes include gift cards, movie theater tickets, QR merchandise.

3)QuickRewards Survey Club
A lot of you do daily surveys almost every day so this is a way to reward those who do them often. Complete 15 in one month and get $3 bonus or complete 20 in one month and get $5 bonus.

Another very huge surprise ( a feature that is truly something everyone will love) is going to be released late June or early July.

I would really appreciate your feedback regarding the game and especially loyalty program. I would like to know what you like and dislike bout it. I am a bit worried that not everyone might like it and will change the game/loyalty program is necessary.

Trivia:

The first trivia game will start either later today after midnight (EST) or by Saturday midnight (EST). Unlike the old trivia game everyone wins this time. If you get the answer correct you will instantly be rewarded 50 QuickPoints. You may still submit us your trivia questions and you will receive $0.02 if we use it. All the details will be found on the trivia page.

UPDATE: TRIVIA IS LIVE! The trivia tab is located next to the Surveys tab. Please note that if you get the answer correct it can take a few seconds (a minute) for the QuickPoints to show up.

Daily Survey enhancement and introduction to the QR Survey Club
Next week you will see an enhanced version of our daily survey portal. Not only will the new survey portal look a lot more attractive than the current one, but it will allow you to save all your data. You will not have to enter your demographics (age, sex and so on) every time you take the surveys daily which will save you some extra time.

Starting June you will be able to participate in the QR Survey Club which will give you an extra incentive for doing daily surveys. In addition to $0.75 you earn daily you can get monthly bonuses:
Complete 15 surveys in a given month and get a $3 bonus
Complete 20 surveys in a given month and get a $5 bonus

Best crediting “Freebie” offers master list/ Contest

With the new QR we added over 200+ new “free” offers and trials to the signups section.
I want to compile a master list of free offers that credit well for a majority and remove the once that are horrible from the site. Can you all help me with this project?

Welcome everyone!

Hi all,
I finally got a chance to start our very own blog. I would like to make this blog very interactive so that members can constantly visit it for the latest news and so that we can have ongoing discussions. I would like to begin by introducing my self and would like to learn more about you.
My name is Dmitry and I live in Brooklyn, NY. I started QuickRewards in 2002. I graduated from Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Technology Management, minor in Psychology and I also took all the classes required to enter medical school. Right now I am working full time on Quickrewards along with a few other people. We are working hard on releasing the new QR as well as looking for ways to improve the current QR. My job at QuickRewards would include doing almost everything except for programming, processing payments and some email support.
