Nope it is up to $3 match bonus no matter if you do 1 or 10 offers combined.

Yesterday I signed up at these 3 sites. Two of the offers were for $1.00 and 1 was for .45 This morning I still have not gotten credit for doing those offers yet I did get the welcome emails.
