A couple of months ago we did this game in order to see what people didn’t like in the OLD QR and what needs to be changed. We took all the responses and created the new QR. Now I would like you to answer these questions again so that we can get some feedback on the new QR. To do this please help me fill in these blanks (feel free to do one of them or both of them and comment if necessary).

One thing I LOVE about the new QR is: I have more than one -- points for logging in, new trivia question, home page with new offers and featured offers.
One thing that I HATE about the new QR is: Well, I don't actually HATE it but it would be nice if all offers showed "complete" after we do them. Maybe it is just me but not all of mine do. It would also be nice to have a record of points won from correct trivia answers and tokens won from the new number game. One more thing...would like to see more wacky clicks -- or have I just been missing them lately??

I like that there seems to be more to do now.
I don't like the overall setup of the new site. It can be confusing to navigate, and you have to make two clicks or more in order to access an area (ie, Trivia - Select Trivia, Select Month). If the layout were to be cleaned up some, I think it would be great!
One thing I LOVE about the new QR is: offers credit faster and there seems to be more new offers popping up.
One thing that I HATE about the new QR is: nothing I really hate, but I don't like the fact that you can lose tokens each month if you don't earn enough. Also, my referrals didn't transfer over from the old site, but I sent you an email about that. I miss the wacky clicks too like the previous poster mentioned!
Best thing about the new site is the 24 hour clock.
I'm finding shopping harder. Not able to locate alph. list of all stores available. Also, some links to stores no longer link to stores websites.

I can't find it anywhere but I don't think you should lose tokens you have earned just because you didn't earn so many one month. I understand you might need to have an expiration date on them(maybe), but should be yours till you use them.I would HATE that.

In general I like the new site.
One thing I dislike--I almost never get a survey, Maybe I'm too old or Maybe I don"t make enough income but if I get to do one survey a month I almost fall over.
One thing I love about the new QR is: QR credits right away and I love the new options for payment. Also, I like that the emails now give points even if you don't sign up for the offer.
One think I hate about the new QR is: I wouldn't say hate, but sometimes the signups are a bit confusing, because I am still not sure which ones I have done or not done.
One thing that current QR is missing that I love about other rewards programs is: I like that some other reward programs allow you to save things similar to the loyalty points and redeem them for referrals, which in turn earn you more when they complete actions.

I love how you always quickly respond to email. You must never sleep! I also like the Account History, trivia, and the fact that there are no timers on clicks. I'm not crazy about the Guess My Number game.

One thing that I dislike about the new QR is that offers are always locking up. After clicking on an offer it will lock up and close down all windows. Also not all offers are showing complete when finished.

I am a newbie to this site and i have to say it is VERY confusing! I dont understand alot of things. I wish there was a how to page, that explained what everything means. i like quick rewards just wish it was easier to use.

i finally got the help section to work. i've been trying to get into the section for a couple days and it would show up blank. so there is a how to page. still confusing though but i guess with all things new it just takes time to get use to.
The things I LOVE: Excellent customer service and super-fast payments. Another thing I love is no minimums to cash out with PayPal!
The thing I HATE: boy that's a strong word! The loyalty program sounds great, but it's hard to imagine just how long it might take me to ever earn a reward through it.

There are so many things that I like about QR, The great customer service, the fast payments, the new not having to wait exactly 24 hours to do clicks etc., and the instant crediting.
I do wish there was a way to tell if you have completed an offer or not as sometimes it is hard to remember. I do miss the section where pending shopping credits are shown.
The surveys are so hard to qualify for but I understand that is not something that QR can control. I have been able to do a couple of surveys recently but I had to try at least 10 times to do so. It gets frustrating.
On the whole I think QR is the best rewards program that there is and I appreciate all your efforts. Thank you!
One thing I love is all of the new opportunities to earn points each day to build you account up so you can earn point with this site I think it is doing really well!I think you are doing a great job at trying to give us what we want and what we ask for.
One of the things I hate is this that I can't always see if i have completed a reward in real time it is very aggrevating to do te work and come back the next day and find out it wasn't credited!
And another thing I hate is that you don't give credit for shopping with gift cards!It should'nt matter what the currancy is as long as it is payed for!Other sites will give you credit for shopping with gift cards so I know that it is not a problem with the stores so I don't understand Why you all don't do It!You would get may more shopping customers.
What is missing is a Forum, but I hope that is coming soon and from other's answers i think it is.
And adding Gift Cards to your shopping list as a means of payment.(see last stament):)
One thing I LOVE about the new QR is this click choice. There are lots of things I like about the new version. The new format is good and I like the page layouts.
One thing that I HATE about the new QR is the weird way the page bounces when I try to log in and the fact that roboform can't log in. I can fill the fields, but then the page jumps down and I have to scroll back up to hit the enter key and actually log in.

One of the finest features of this program is that through Becky's and then Ginger's newsletter group I feel I have greater access to the management here than most programs. I really value the personal contact and responsiveness.

I absolutely love all the "stuff" on the home page! It is so much easier to do the offers that way.
The one thing I don't like is that it takes an entire weekend to get an e-gift certificate for Amazon. I used to get them within the hour.
Overall I like all the changes: more offers, more ways to earn, more excitement. Thanks Dmitry for all the work that has gone into this program--it is my absolute favorite one (as a matter of fact, are there any other programs out there??? LOL).
I love many things about the new QR. Here are a few: I love that the offers credit instantly, no 24 hour clock, so many more offers than on the old site. I am finding new stuff on a daily basis. I also like the bonuses and promotions, such as the tokens to redeem. Mine have added up pretty quick and new things are being offered to increase the token count. I also like how fast our emails are responded to and how Dmitry takes the time to follow through with everything.
I really can't think of anything that I don't like.
Other programs don't even begin to compare to QR in any way.

One thing that I HATE about the new QR is the programs that you think is simple and ends up with multiple pages of offers that you have to say yes or no to. It can be up to 20 pages before you get to a confirmation and most of the offers are things I have either signed up for or do not want. And even when you find one it makes it hard to even get a confirmation.
One thing that current QR is missing that I love about other rewards programs is Under Shopping, you need a "List By Merchant" You have the categories, but it is a pain to have go through it all if you frequently use the same merchants.

One thing I LOVE about the new QR is all the earning opportunities.One thing that I HATE about the new QR is for example on the trivia page you have to do multiple clicks to actually get to the trivia question and it's that way for other areas as well...The only other thing I would like to see is for there to be some way for you to let us know what stores you have coupons for when we shop thru your site...Maybe indicate that a coupon is available under the merchants name and have us contact you or something...It would help!

So far I love everything that you have brought into the new OR. There is so much more to do here to earn cash and points. It just keeps getting better and better.
I can honestly say that there is nothing that I hate. That is a pretty strong word, so no I am happy with it the way it is.
The one thing that I would like to see in the blog is a thread where people could come and tell their experience with a signup that they did and if there were any problems doing it. Kind of like the one that you had when you had the contest. I think that some people hesitate to do a signup for fear that it will not go well, so seeing how others made out is reassuring.
Is this something that will be in the forum?
One thing I love is about time: no timers on the clicks and no 24 hour wait time.
One thing I don't like is the number contest. Even having 3 now, the game ends fast. Since inception, I've only had the chance to play once.
One thing to add (it's not missing) is a seasonal, quarterly, monthly kind of contest, where members find the hidden icon on one of the site pages (ie. clover for St Paddy's day, flag for July 4th)

One thing that's missing is the ability to see how much we've earned by month & year. Especially since we have to earn $25/month for our tokens to carry over for the Loyalty program. I do keep a very accruate year earnings, but I haven't done monthly. I can, but it would be nice if it was on QR.
As mentioned before I'd like to see if offers were completed & while some do work for me, if you have one on the Home page, it doesn't list it there. Not sure if it can or not though.
I love QuickRewards! It's my favorite rewards site. I especially like that we do not have to wait 24 hours to do the clicks.
I wish it was easier to see the credit we are getting from our referrals. It's not listed in the account history.

One thing that I HATE about the new QR is how difficult it is to navigate the new site. I consider myself a little computer savvy, but for a newby it would be overwhelming. If you don't know where to look for something, you're not going to find it. I also dislike the loss of half of the bonus points each month. I don't shop often online but when I do, it's always through QR. I even recently made a purchase at amazon and even though I received no credit what-so-ever, made a conscious decision to click through on QR to show my support. Either make earning the bonus points harder, or something.

When you go to the guess the number game, you have to make a guess before it tells you that the last game has ended and that you have to wait for the next game. I would like for it to tell you automatically that the game has ended. It is hard to tell if the game is still going or not.
I love the fast crediting, the amount of things to do, and the ease of cashing out.
I dislike (hate is way too strong) not knowing what offers I've completed, not knowing what offers have credited, and losing 1/2 my points if I don't earn enough in a month.
I really like the new "clicks" page; it is so easy to read and to know what you've completed by checking the boxes.
I don't like that the e-mails no longer have a link to get to the home page; I have to go to my favorites to access the site, which is ok, but I really liked the convenience of the link.
Sorry, I have no ideas for improvements.
I don't understand why you have addressed the 10% miniority instead of worry about the 90% majority. Do the Disboard members provide you more income? Are you just a democrat and run your board by the miniority? I would think the 90% of us non Disboard members would take priority!

There will be a big promotion for the non-Disboards members in a few weeks as stated on the blog. We are waiting to do the promotion during the end of the month for the double tokens so that it will allow more members to roll them over.

I Love not having the 24 clock and having lots of signups to complete. I like the number game too.
I Hate that when I complete an offer in an email, it doesn't open in a new page so I "lose" my QR window. Also, quite few things (trivia and number game come to mind), take so many clicks to get to the actual task.
Also, I like the token addition and understand why we lose 50% each month if we don't earn $25, however, I do feel that we should only lose half of whatever we earned that month. If I am understanding it correctly, we could successfully earn $25 for 10 months in a row, but then if we miss it on the 11th month we will lose half of ALL of our tokens (instead of just half of the ones earned in the 11th month). Am I understanding the way it works correctly? If so, that seems a little harsh. For instance, I will be on vacation for almost 3 weeks in August. It will be very hard for me to stay on top of earning $25 that month.

I actually have a couple things id like to see. First, a page displaying offers that you have completed but have not gone through.
2nd, a page that shows what offers your refferals have completed.
I love how fast the new site works, and the instant crediting.
I don't like having to click three times to get to one thing - like the trivia, contests, etc. Also, you can not delete the old e-mails or trivia questions, etc. that is no longer of any use. Sometimes I can not tell if I clicked on the e-mails or not. If I could delete them after I did them, that would be great! Even if the old ones were removed after they expired that would be helpful.
Hope that doesn't sound too negative. I really do love QR!
