Response to a QR complaint

I was reading one of the rewards program boards today and found a complaint about QR saying what’s going on with QR and if it’s going down the drain because today there is no Guess my number, no trivia, no emails and yesterday/today no one responded to their emails. I said this before so let me explain it again:

QuickRewards has been around since 2002 and we only have 4 employees. 2 out of the 4 are really very active (programmer and myself) while other two help out with the Paypal and gift cards. Putting up daily trivia, guess my number game and emails is my task. Others don’t know how to do it. If I am sick or am away one day (Sunday/Monday I went away with my family and unfortunately we had no internet access) and don’t put up the trivia/game/send paid email that DOES NOT MEAN that QR is going down the drain. QuickRewards has gained over 25,000 new members within the last few months because of advertising. This was a huge surprise to us that we didn’t expect and now we have twice the emails to answer daily then before while once again I am doing all the emails myself with no one helping me. We don’t have the money to hire more employees at this time and basic things like this (no game or trivia or late response to emails) can happen from time to time. Most other rewards programs don’t respond to emails for days so if you don’t get your response within a few hours I always tell our members to just resend it again. Not seeing a game up, not seeing a response to an email within minutes/hours is not something that should be a large concern or mean that QR is going downhill.

Just writing this to let you all know that you should consider that we are still a tiny company even though we might look big because of the brand loyaly we gained over the years. We are growing daily, but until we have the financial resources to hire more people please be patient with us about things like one day the trivia is put up late or the game is late and so on. QuickRewards is not going downhill and we are growing stronger and stronger everyday.
We got a huge contract today with an advertiser that no one else has and I can't wait until we announce them to you soon. It will be a new weekly activity for everyone to participate in.

Appreciate the explanation and think QR is the best and you certainly deserve to get away to get away but maybe a notice on the blog and/or homepage of QR so people knew what was going on would have been nice. When there is a problem the first place I look for an explanation is on the blog.

See what happens when you spoil us with top notch customer service? LOL! When you don't respond within minutes people start to worry! :)

I can't even imagine the amount of time and dedication it takes to run a program like this. Keep up the good work and don't let a few negative comments bother you.

I posted about the emails here. To be perfectly honest, it was so unusual not to hear from QR for 2 days that I was afraid that you (or someone in your family) were sick.

The reason everyone flips out when you're MIA for a couple of days (or hours) is because you ARE are so reliable! When my son doesn't call home it's like...whatever. When my daughter doesn't call home it's like "CALL THE POLICE!!!" KWIM?

For a dozen reasons, QR is the best GPT program out there. Bar none.

Just want you to know that I (and I'm sure most QR members) appreciate the work you guys do, and how quickly things credit. I think maybe sometimes people do get spoiled (like Debbie said) because you are always on top of things. While other sites and programs take days or weeks to get back to members (if they do at all), you guys are remarkably quick. Thanks for all the hard work you do!

P.S. Hopefully you can continue the Blog, since it gives me useful info on what offers to do, etc. from other members.

I read some of those comments also on 2 different blogs. My first thought was 2 days and your all ready to post negative comments. I do understand the concern, I do went there to see if anyone notice it. After reading them I felt bad, that some are so quick to judge. I knew Dmitry would clear it. That is a valid reason, he should not have to explain to us, I think he has spoiled all of us, We gotten used to always having it all so quickly. I am glad all is ok with him. I also figured the automatic creditor is down, and we will be updated.
I still know QR is the best and I believe that most QR members feel the same. Thanks for the post.

I think QR is a great program, one of the best reward programs around. I cant believe there are only 4 people working @ QR, my goodness I hope you are all well paid for all the work you do.

I posted before that I hadnt been getting e-mails since the 16th, but not in a complaining way, I wondered if maybe no one was getting them. I hope I didnt offend anyone. I certainly never would say or have heard that QR is going downhill, as I said before IMO its great. I'm sorry that you had to take the time to type such a long explanation (3/18). You doing that really speaks lots about QR and in a GOOD way. :)

Wow! Dmitry, I just came here to see if you'd checked in. I was more worried that something happened to you. I have no worries, even though i am having a heck of a time right now to get credit. Anyone that has been around awhile knows that there are only a few of you and you all provide the best in Customer Service! Why are there always rotten eggs? I personally am glad to hear all is well and you managed to escape for a few days, but I'm sure many were just worried about you.

Thanks Dimitry for the explanation.I wasn't worried though, you are so reliable and show your love to us constantly.This posting is a perfect example of that.I have been promoting QR quite vigorously lately and have gained a few referals myself.One of which signed up under me that I didn't get credit for.I wonder if at some time in the future you might be expanding on the referal section and the abilities/rewards there? As anyone knows who does Reward Programs,referals are the best way to maximize earnings and help build the company.Just a thought. Thanks for being the best Rewards Program EVER!!

Dmitry, thank you for your posting on the blog. It's amazing to me, as I'm sure it is to you, that some people will automatically start thinking negatively instead of being patient and waiting for a good explanation. I don't get it. Keep up the good work and please know how much you are appreciated as well as the rest of your staff.

You have spoiled us, as Debbie says, with such wonderful customer service.
When I don't see messages from you for 2 days, I begin to worry!
(I don't worry about other webmasters if I don't have an answer in 2 weeks, but you always answer so quickly.)
We GrandMothers are great worriers. Thanks for letting us know that things will have to slow down a bit. We will try to be a bit more patient and cut you some slack.

You have so many loyal people behind you and no one will abandon you. When someone is so reliable, one day with not hearing from them becomes a concern that something is wrong. We all understand and appreciate the hard work you guys do (seven days a week).

Thanks for letting us all know that you are OK. I wasn't concerned about the no emails for two days I thought something may have happened to you or a staff member. You deserve to "get away" with your family. As much/little that we all enjoy or jobs, it is just as important to enjoy time with family. I'll bet you don't get a lot of free time to do that.

As far as the members that may have complained I say to them "lighten up"! This is the best reward site on the net. Nowhere can you find the level of support and the concern for its members by a webmaster than here.

Dmitry as you have told me in a couple of your emails about something bigger and better, I want you to know that I am waiting patiently and that you have my trust and support.

Keep up with the great service and support the best that you can with the limited resources available to you. I am very surprised to here of your small staff. You guys do an amazing job!

you ever here that song 8 days aweek. Thats not even close to about how much time you have to spend on this site and from what I have seen and heard just since I have been a member I have heard that there is only a couple of people running this site. That takes time, patience and money and I for one appreciate this site and the cordinators of it thanks for being here for all of us. I run a 24 hr day care all by myself and I use my husband alot to help me and in a way this site takes the same kind of loyalty and patience and honesty and of course everyone needs a break now and again. When you get that break you come back refreshed and ready to go. so keep up the good work and dont let the negative get you down.

Thanks for all of your dedication to making QR the fantastic program that it is. This is the best site that I have ever been lucky enough to find. Don't worry about not having the trivia, number game or whatever else. We realize that you have a life to and sometimes things beyond your control happen.

Hey there Dmitry. I just want to say that before I discovered QuickRewards, CashCrate WAS my favorite. Imagine that! I send them an email and IF they even respond it is always about two weeks later and that's just to close the ticket that they didn't fix in the first place. I shopped on that site in December and had to fight for 1.58 for 4 months. I shopped here with the same store (Wal-Mart) and was credited within days. No fuss no muss just my money as promised. You guys rock!

Those of us who have been with you awhile trust you to get things right, and we are willing to wait for awhile if we need to.

I did wonder about the lack of emails, but figured there was some problem that you would fix.

The proof of your success is in my paypal account. I love Quick Rewards.

I am having a problem with offers crediting at times, even though I always clear cookies before I start each day and also use unique e-mail addresses. For instance, nothing at all has credited for me for two days now, and on the 16th only one offer credited.

Sometimes your site is a little slow, but I assume that is because demand and traffic is so high. You have such a wonderful program that I am willing to wait for a page to load, and for you to reach the point where you can hire more people and expand your whatever it is that you need to expand to accomodate the demand.

Thanks Dmitry, for the personal touch you give this site, and for all your hard work.

I to o was one of the ones that was worried about the e-mails and all. I didn't mean any harm, as so many people said you have us spoiled. I'll know better next time and I also know that this is the number rewards program on the net. I'm with other programs that don't even do half the things you do sir. It takes months to get paid from those other programs. I've quit about 4 of them since I joined you. Thank you very much for doing everything you do. But please make sure you do get some rest once in a while, we don't want you burning out on us dear Dmitry

Well, it just goes to show you can't please everyone. Some people complain over the least little things without looking at the whole picture---and the picture that QR creates is a fun, honest, and reliable one. I know that you run this site with a skeleton staff and, honestly, I don't know how you do it. Hats off to all your hard work! And, hey, 25,000 new members, huh? That's great! No one deserves it more than you, Dmitry! I hope the petty comments of a couple of whiners don't get you down. You can see here how appreciated you are!

Thanks Dmitry for the caring and reassurance you provide to us all. I (and many others) have never said anything negative about QR on any board, and my (our) tiny problems are addressed to only your eyes. I'm not near to being perfect and I appreciate your patience. This is and has been the best site around--you are all amazing. I'm so glad to know that you are all well--we do tend to worry because we have been spoiled by your attentiveness and striving to make QR #1.

I hope you are not upset with us all, we are trying to do our best also (even when it doesn't look like it at times!) Thank you for the explanation and God Bless You all.

I've always loved Quickrewards, but have to admit I've been a bit bummed out. I used to have no problem months ago with all the hourly clicks, etc.. But for awhile now I cannot get any of them to load. I feel I'm losing out on a lot because of this. I used to visit the site numerous times a day to do all the clicks, and now I only visit once a day since none of them work for me. I used Firefox and have also tried them on IE and Safari, but no luck. :(

Dmitry...I rarely respond to any blog..but let me tell you my frank opinion: QR is probably the best site available in the market today. I am member of few more survey sites, but they are nowhere nearer to QR, it is the BEST site. Do not bother about what people say, may be that comment was written by someone your competitor, forget that, do not spend time to read that even! Do whatever you are doing now, keep the good work up and am pretty sure QR will touch the sky one day.
